How can I place a Cancellation/Refund/Replacement request on Off Kicks?
You can visit the Track My Order page to cancel your order before dispatch. Upon dispatch of the Product, for a replacement or refund please write to us at email@example.com
Cancelation of order (before dispatch) by the User:
An order placed with any seller can be canceled by the user on the Track Your Order page or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org Please note that the order cannot be canceled once the package has been dispatched by the seller. All eligible refunds against the Cancellation of Orders by the user before dispatch will be subject to a 3% deduction due
to Banking and Transaction Charges. The balance amount would be processed and refunded to the user. The user understands and agrees to such deduction by putting in this Cancellation request for any Order.
