Return Policy

Off Kicks Inc ("we" and "us") is the operator of www.offkicksinc.com. By purchasing an item through this website you will be agreeing to the provisions mentioned below.

• Off Kicks Inc does not entertain any returns or refunds due to a change of mind.
• Returns will only be entertained if the product is damaged/ flawed or if the wrong product is delivered.
• To return an order, email us at offkicks2019@gmail.com.
• Off Kicks Inc Team will analyze your request for a return. If it is approved, you will have to ship the product in the exact same conditions as when it was received. All extra accessories/ items must be intact and have to be returned.
• The product must be returned in Off Kicks Inc’s box in which the item was originally received. In case the packaging box is damaged, you are required to pack the product in another protective carton or cardboard box and secure it with thick tape. This is to ensure that the products do not get damaged on return, for which you will be liable.

In case the product you have received is incorrect or in a different size, we will replace it subject to stock availability. If the correct product is not available, we will refund the total billed amount to the payment source or in the form of store credit. The store credit will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. In case the product is damaged, please email us at offkicks2019@gmail.comand our team will work with you to come to a solution.
