- Care instructions:
You don’t need to wash them.
• Just vacuum it once or twice a week. Regularly in the first 2 weeks as its freshly made.
• Dust it regularly just to make sure the wool that sheds is taken care of or use a lint roller to clean the dust settled over it.
• If needed send it for dry cleaning once in 6 months or a year, only if necessary.
Return policy:
- All the products are custom made by order, the production of each rug starts once the payment is made by the customer.
- Owing to this, none of the products can be returned once purchased by the customers.
- If there are damages to the product while shipment and the customers receive a defective product, they are requested to make an unpacking video of the product and send it to us.
- Our team thoroughly checks each product before shipping them out to ensure that the buying experience is not spoiled.

- Claims: Notify us within 7 days for damaged or defective items.

Apply a waterproofing spray for protection, especially on suede and leather. Rotate between pairs to prolong their lifespan, and consider professional cleaning for tough stains.
